If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized party, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password. 99ls will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the 99ls platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the proper functioning of games, software, or platform infrastructure
• Engaging in collusion, syndicate play, or other forms of coordinated betting designed to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or other artificial intelligence tools to place wagers
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate justification
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through creation of multiple accounts or other deceptive practices
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the 99ls platform

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Any abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or irregular betting patterns, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the 99ls platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

99ls is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, government actions, internet service provider failures, telecommunications disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
